- Good understanding of dough fermentation and lamination techniques.
- Experience in dough shaping, proofing, and baking.
- Knowledge of bakery production standards and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily bakery production and operations.
- Prepare, mix, and handle different types of dough.
- Perform dough shaping, fermentation, and proofing.
- Assist with oven operations and baking processes.
- Maintain product quality and consistency.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery.
- Follow recipes and production schedules.
