Grill Chef (Specializing in Sheep Meat Preparation and Grilling)
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role, with proven expertise in handling, cutting, marinating, and grilling meat.

Prior experience working with lamb or sheep meat is highly desirable.

Proficiency in cutting and butchering sheep meat to prepare it for marination and grilling.

Expertise in marinating techniques, including the use of spices, herbs, and marinades to enhance flavor profiles.

Strong knowledge of grilling methods (charcoal, wood-fired, or gas grills) to achieve the desired texture and taste.

Only Christian or Muslim candidates will be considered.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to 350 KD (based on qualifications)
