2. Estimation Engineer

Qualification- BE Electrical/Mechanical
Experience- 5-7 year
Job Description:- • Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions
• Gather proposals, specifications and related documents and liaise with stakeholders in order to convert specifications to cost estimates for new and current products
• Utilize cost methodologies and tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data
• Establish cost estimates of production processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement
• Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecasts
• Monitor and review data and information to detect or assess problems
• Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review
• Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures and monitor trends
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements, reports and other necessary documentation at regular intervals to share with others in the business
• Support all activities in cost estimating and take a proactive approach towards improvements

3. Procurement Engineer:-

Experience -5-7 year
Qualification- Bachelor of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5 years exp. In the Switchgear Industry
Arabic/Asian

Key Responsibility-
• Find a new reputed supplier (Overseas/Local)
• Request samples if necessary.
• Negotiation & Order Placement
• Discuss product details (price, quality, specifications, MOQ – minimum order quantity).
• Negotiate payment terms (advance payment, Letter of Credit, or installment payments).
• Confirm shipping costs and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
• Payment Processing
• Wire Transfer (TT) – Common for international trade.
• Letter of Credit (L/C) – Used for large orders.
• Escrow Services – Ensures both parties fulfill obligations.
• Shipping & Logistics
• Decide on the shipping method:
• Air Freight/Sea Freight/Courier Services (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Customs Clearance & Import Duties
• Check import regulations in Kuwait.
• Prepare necessary documents Commercial Invoice/Packing List/Bill of Lading/Airway Bill/Certificate of Origin (if required)
• Receipt & Quality Inspection
• Inspect goods for any damages or discrepancies.
• File claims if the products do not meet agreed specifications.
• After-Sales Support & Compliance
• Maintain communication with the supplier for future orders.
• Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies.

4. Logistics Officer:-

Qualification & Exp:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5+ yrs of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
Arabic speaker with excellent command of English
