Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring high standards.
• Set branch goals and support teams to achieve daily sales targets.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and outlet performance while improving overall sales.
• Motivate, guide, and develop branch managers and staff.

2. F&B Manager

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a café or restaurant.
• Strong customer service and team supervision skills.
• Experience in inventory management, sales monitoring, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Set daily goals for the team and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Motivate and lead employees to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor stock, inventory, and maintain hygiene, safety, and company service standards.
