Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:.
1. Data Entry:
o Enter financial data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.
2. Reconciliation:
o Regularly compare financial records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
3. Petty Cash Management:
o Handle small, day-to-day expenses and maintain organized records.
4. Expense Management:
o Upload expense documents to a cloud drive for easy access and reference.
5. Driver Expense Issuance:
o Distribute daily expenses to drivers and maintain clear documentation.
6. Communication:
o Effectively communicate with team members, drivers, and other relevant stakeholders.
7. Financial Record Keeping:
o Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reporting.
8. Accounting Support:
o Assist with various accounting tasks and provide support to financial processes.
9. Document Management:
o Ensure proper storage and organization of financial documents and records.
10. Compliance:
o Adhere to accounting and financial regulations and standards.
Required Skills:
• Excellent Excel Skills:
o Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
• Good Communication Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Call and Message Handling:
o Ability to handle phone calls and messages efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or financial role.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
