Job Title: IT Support Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of various systems, and assisting with network configuration, printer management, IP phone management (3CX), and CCTV installation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support to end users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.

Configure and manage network systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.

Oversee and manage printer operations, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Handle IP phone management (3CX), including installation, configuration, and user support.

Provide comprehensive end-to-end user support, assisting with software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Install and configure CCTV systems, ensuring they are operational and secure.

Requirements:

Proven experience in desktop support, network configuration, and printer management.

Hands-on experience with 3CX IP phone systems.

Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar IT support role.

Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Mac)
