Description

We’re hiring a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This high-trust role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, organizing tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, meetings, and personal appointments
• Plan business/personal travel, hotels, visas & logistics
• Coordinate tasks and follow-ups using web-based apps
• Support with errands, bookings, and general coordination
• Handle emails and calls with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:
• College degree required with relevant experience
• Strong English, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with web-based task management, scheduling and travel tools
• Independent, discreet, and reliable

Preferred Experience:
Office admin, hospitality, event coordination, executive or personal assistance, or travel planning.
