Description

We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, the largest Petrochemical Company in Kuwait.

Location: Shuaiba, Kuwait
Contract Duration: Long Term Permanent
Type of Hire: Secondment Contract (Under Brunel’s Visa & Pay Rolling)
Salary & Benefits: Attractive all-inclusive monthly package

Role Description:
• Develop and maintain IT Document and Record List.
• Ensure documents and records are stored at the proper location with the rights control per IT Structure.
• Ensure documents are reviewed as per policy requirements through AITS, new ones placed at the correctly and the older version is moved to Obsolete folder Work with site ODMS Coordinator on audit events, internal or external, for IT.
• Work with IT Focal Points or his/her back -up are available and unit is ready for audit.
• Follow up with the IT employees on AITS and make sure there is no overdue.
• Ability to manage time and organize and meeting schedules.
• Arrange the meeting venue, schedule and refreshment.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent valid degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Administration or Secretarial position.
• Good computer skills, specifically Word, Excel and database programs Fluency in English.
