Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive at National Insurance Brokerage Group. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, pitching insurance, negotiating, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
