We’re Hiring: Field Deployment Engineer (DrillOps)
Location: Kuwait | Rigsite-based

We are looking for a highly skilled Field Deployment Engineer to lead the deployment of DrillOps Automate, Orchestrate, and Advisory services at the rig site during the Hypercare phase.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and support rig crews on DrillOps systems
• Manage hardware setup (CODA, IDD, connectivity)
• Configure users, roles, and workstations
• Collaborate with drilling teams and clients
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the support center
• Optimize automation settings to meet KPIs
• Prepare and share performance reports

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same job designation
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations and field deployments
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with IT systems and software tools
