Hiring: Area Manager – Leading F&B Pastry & Bakery Company

We are a well-established pastry and bakery brand with 7 outlets across Kuwait, seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations and drive performance across multiple locations.

* Position: Area Manager
* Industry: Food & Beverage (Pastry & Bakery)
* Location: Kuwait
* Salary: 700 KD
* Visa: Article 18 – Normal or Small Project
* Nationality: Asians preferred
* Availability: Immediate joiners only
* Requirement: Must have a valid Kuwait driving license and own car

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise day-to-day operations across all outlets
* Conduct regular visits to ensure quality, service, and hygiene standards are maintained
* Coordinate with outlet managers to achieve sales and operational targets
* Monitor inventory, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
* Report operational insights and performance to senior management

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple F&B outlets
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on approach to operations and team development
* Must be currently residing in Kuwait with transferable visa
