A well-established and reputed delivery company based in Mahboula, Kuwait, is currently seeking a Delivery Supervisor to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and experienced individual who meets the following criteria:

Position: Delivery Supervisor

Job Location: Mahboula, Kuwait
Salary: Starting from KD 250 (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

1. Nationality: Open to Asian nationals only (Applicants of Arab nationality will not be considered).


2. Industry Experience: Prior experience working with or in association with Talabat is mandatory.


3. Driving License: Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license.


4. Professional Experience: Proven operations management experience in the logistics or food delivery sector is required.


5. Technical Skills: Must be computer literate, with proficiency in using software related to delivery operations, reporting, and team coordination.


6. Leadership Skills: Capable of managing a team of drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and handling client relations efficiently.



Responsibilities:

Supervise daily delivery operations and manage driver schedules.

Ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.

Coordinate with restaurant partners and Talabat systems.

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.

Resolve customer and operational issues promptly.

Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
