Description

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager / Air Conditioning Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical teams, manage daily operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure the quality and efficiency of HVAC services.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise AC technicians and assign daily maintenance and installation tasks.
• Organize preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct on-site follow-up to ensure service quality and performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on team activities and job performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (split, ducted, or central systems).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and work management software.
• Preferably with a valid Kuwaiti driving license and transferable residency.
