A well reputed company is looking for skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
