Description

A General Trading Company is looking for an Operations Assistant. ✨

Key Responsibilities:

* 🛒 Assist the procurement team with purchase requests, supplier communications, and order follow- up.
* 📝 Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and liaising with customers.
* 💻 Enter and maintain data in the ERP system for both procurement and sales transactions.
* 🚚 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
* 📦 Track order status and update stakeholders on any delays or issues.
* 📊 Prepare procurement and sales reports, including order summaries and performance metrics.
* 📄 Handle documentation—POs, invoices, delivery receipts—and ensure accuracy.
* 📞 Communicate with suppliers and customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
* 🔍 Assist in coordinating vendor evaluations and comparing pricing for cost savings.
* 📂 Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

Basic Requirements:

* 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 🕒 0–2 years in operations support, procurement, sales, or administrative roles.
* 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* 🖥️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP familiarity is a plus.
* ✔️ Detail- oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast- paced environment.
* 🌐 Fluency in English.

💰 Salary:
230–275 KD per month, commensurate with skills and experience.

⏰ Work Timing:
Saturday–Thursday, 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM

🛂 Visa:
Article 18- Ahli, transferable

Al Rai, Kuwait
