A well reputed company is looking for a Manpower Planning Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement labor allocation plans based on project requirements.
• Forecast manpower needs to meet project demands effectively.
• Optimize workforce utilization to minimize idle time and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers to align labor supply with demand.
• Monitor and analyze labor costs, identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Ensure timely deployment and reassignment of workforce as per business needs.
• Maintain updated records of workforce distribution and availability.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure proper hiring and workforce planning.
• Identify and address workforce-related challenges proactively.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in manpower planning or workforce management, ideally within Construction Industry (MEP).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in forecasting, staffing, and optimizing workforce resources.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is a must.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Kuwait.
• Valid transferable residence.
