We’re Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive (App Growth & Uplifting)

A fast-growing platform is looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing strategy and app growth initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:
A driven marketing professional with proven experience working with high-growth apps in Kuwait — ideally those who’ve contributed to brands like Talabat, Carriage, Deliveroo, or Katch.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive user acquisition, retention, and app engagement strategies

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on app performance uplift

Collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience and feature adoption

Analyze performance data to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness

Build strategic partnerships to expand app reach and vendor acquisition

Requirements:

3+ years experience in app-based marketing, preferably with food delivery, services, or eCommerce platforms

Hands-on experience managing campaigns for apps like Talabat, Katch, or similar local/regional platforms

Strong understanding of performance marketing, in-app promotions, influencer collaborations, and growth analytics

Excellent communication and leadership skills
