We are seeking an experienced Trading Operations Manager to take full ownership of our trading business operations from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the end-to-end trading process, optimizing operations, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire trading lifecycle: sourcing, procurement, logistics, and final delivery.
Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers and buyers.
Develop and manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Coordinate shipping, customs, and regulatory documentation.
Monitor financial performance: pricing strategies, margins, and budgets.
Implement scalable systems and processes (ERP, CRM).
Build and manage a lean and effective operations team.
Maintain excellent client and partner relationships.
Monitor market trends and suggest profitable trading opportunities.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in trading operations (domestic and/or international).
Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and commercial regulations.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with trading documentation (LCs, Incoterms, BOEs).
Proficient with ERP, inventory, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
