* Must have experience in Aluminum Windows & Doors Assembly
* Plans daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project timelines and client demands. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines
* Ensure all products meet industry standards and company quality requirements to avoid breakdowns for machines.
* Assign duties and responsibilities to supervisors the production staff, provide training, and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
* Before starting the production, the materials must be available to start the production such as aluminum profile, rubber, tools for machine, profile protect rolls etc..,
