We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team, a busy and growing wood factory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow.
• Act as a liaison between production, warehouse, and management teams.
• Monitor material inventory and ensure timely supply of raw materials.
• Track job orders and update production records in real-time.
• Assist with quality control checks and ensure adherence to safety and manufacturing standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings/plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
