Description

MAJOR ROLE:
• Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of plant electrical equipment inside plant and administration building.
• Troubleshooting & repairing electrical equipment to ensure electrical systems are safe, and are running with utmost efficiency.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical engineering / ITI certification.
• 5-8 year’s work experience as an industrial electrical technician.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety codes and regulations.
Competencies
• Must be able to understand and make decisions based on technical documents, such as blueprints, schematics, or instructions.
• Strong communication skills are a necessary part of this position.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
