Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, specifications and BOQ for construction and procurement
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor aligned with project vision
• Monitor site progress and ensure design intent is carried through during installation
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any civil/architecture/interior design
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Ability to produce photorealistic renderings
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
