Your Mission:

You’ll be the first AI hire, meaning you'll have real influence, autonomy, and visibility. Your role blends hands-on development with client advisory and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build & Deploy AI Solutions: Develop custom AI tools and workflows (LLMs, chatbots, automation, etc.) based on client requirements.

· Consult & Advise Clients: Help clients understand where AI fits into their operations. Provide expert guidance from ideation through implementation.

· Design & Deliver Training: Lead engaging AI training sessions for client teams—ranging from onboarding to in-depth technical workshops.

· Shape Our AI Offering: Help refine our service portfolio, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and work with leadership on client solutions.

· Bridge Tech & Business: Translate technical possibilities into business value, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proficient in Python and familiar with machine learning frameworks, LLMs, and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

· Experience building or deploying AI/ML products or prototypes

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a startup-like environment

· Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong bonus)

Preferred Experience:

· Previous consulting, client-facing, or freelance project work

· Experience delivering AI or technical workshops

· Understanding of business processes in sectors like government, education, healthcare, or finance

· Interest in or exposure to prompt engineering, vector databases, or fine-tuning models
