馃摙 We鈥檙e Hiring: Senior Cost Controller (F&B / Operational Industries)

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Cost Controller to lead and strengthen our Food & Beverage cost control function across multiple outlets and production units.

This role goes beyond traditional cost monitoring, we are looking for a finance-driven operational partner who can optimize profitability, strengthen controls, and provide strategic pricing insights across our F&B operations.

Operational Cost Control Skills
路 Recipe Costing and Menu Engineering
路 Yield Analysis and Waste Reduction
路 Supplier Price Analysis and Cost Negotiation Support
路 Production and Central Kitchen Cost Monitoring
路 Automation and Process Optimization
路 Multi-Branch or Multi-Brand Cost Control Experience
路 Experience in High-Volume Operational Environments

Technical & Financial Skills
路 Cost Analysis and Variance Analysis
路 Budget Preparation and Rolling Forecasting
路 Standard Costing and Actual vs. Standard Comparison
路 COGS, Food Cost, and Labor Cost Analysis
路 Inventory Control and Stock Reconciliation
路 Gross Margin and Profitability Analysis

Analytical & Systems Skills
路 Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards)
路 POS Systems Experience (Foodics, Odoo, etc.)
路 ERP Systems Experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
路 Financial Modeling, Pricing Strategy, and Scenario Analysis
路 Power BI or Data Visualization Tools (Highly Preferred)
