Reporting to: Finance Director / CEO

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, relentless, and detail-obsessed Head Accountant who thrives under pressure, handles complexity with ease, and wants full ownership of our financial backbone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, etc.)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported
• Handle external audits, financial controls, and compliance
• Oversee VAT, payroll, and other statutory filings
• Create financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
• Build internal systems, SOPs, and automate financial reporting
• Work closely with management to advise on cost control and profitability
