Description


Duties:
• Review and comment on tenant MEP design packages (HVAC, plumbing, water supply, fire protection, low voltage, lighting, and power systems).
• Manage and follow up on MEP submissions from design to site execution and authority approvals.
• Conduct inspections to ensure electromechanical works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, leasing, facilities management, and external consultants to ensure integrated MEP coordination.
• Ensure full adherence to local regulations, KFD, and municipality standards in both electrical and mechanical scopes.
• Provide on-the-spot solutions for site issues related to MEP conflicts or unforeseen conditions.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Electrical design knowledge or certifications is a strong advantage
-4–6 years of experience in MEP coordination and design review within commercial/retail fit-out
-Experience in both mechanical and electrical systems is required
Previous work in mall environments and with tenant fit-out teams is highly preferred
