Operate and monitor coffee roasting machines according to company specifications and roasting profiles.

Evaluate green coffee quality and moisture levels before roasting.

Maintain consistency in flavor, roast levels, and bean quality.

Record roasting data accurately for each batch and ensure traceability.

Monitor inventory levels of green coffee and report shortages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the roasting area.

Conduct cuppings to evaluate roasted batches for quality control.

Assist in packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment as needed.

Follow safety procedures and report any machine issues or hazards.
