A well-reputed Engineering Contracting Company is urgently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

HR Assistant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in payroll and recruitment, preferably in engineering contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and related regulations.
• Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
