"Role Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing reconciliations, managing accounts receivable, processing commission calculations, and ensuring accurate supplier payment reconciliations. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance.
Calculate, track, and process employee and partner commissions in accordance with company policies.
Reconcile supplier payments and resolve discrepancies in coordination with procurement and vendors.
Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Assist in month-end close processes and support audits as needed.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of reconciliations, AR processes, and financial controls.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.).
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
