🔷 PLANNING ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare baseline, lookahead, and revised schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
✔ Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and design teams
✔ Track daily/weekly progress and compare with planned timelines
✔ Analyze critical paths and suggest corrective actions for delays
✔ Generate S-curves, histograms, and project performance reports
✔ Attend client meetings and present progress/recovery plans
✔ Support EOT (Extension of Time) claims with delay analysis
✔ Manage WBS, activity codes, and resource loading
✔ Maintain planning documentation for audits and compliance
🟡 _Qualifications & Skills
_✔ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Industrial Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of planning experience in construction or contracting
✔ Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
✔ Knowledge of EVM, delay analysis, and project reporting

🔷 BMS ENGINEER (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and implement BMS and automation systems
✔ Program, configure, and commission BMS hardware/software (SCADA, controllers, sensors)
✔ Integrate BMS with HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and energy meters
✔ Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
✔ Review technical drawings/specifications for compliance
✔ Monitor system performance and provide post-installation support
✔ Offer technical guidance to internal teams and clients
✔ Maintain comprehensive system documentation and reports
✔ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
✔ Keep updated with latest BMS technologies and trends
🟡 Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / BMS Engineering
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and system integration
✔ Proficient in BMS programming, graphics, and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX)
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
✔ Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills

🔷 DOCUMENT CONTROLLER + ARCHIVE OFFICER
📁 Document Control (Active Projects)
✔ Manage and update all project documents including drawings, RFIs, contracts
✔ Control document flow between office, site, consultants, and subcontractors
✔ Track revisions and approvals, ensuring timely distribution
✔ Maintain document version control with site teams
✔ Enforce document control procedures and support audits
🗃 _Archiving (Completed Projects & Legal Records)
_✔ Organize and archive finalized project, legal, and administrative documents
✔ Maintain digital and physical archiving systems with proper indexing
✔ Implement retention schedules and oversee document disposal
✔ Assist departments with document retrieval and verifications
✔ Safeguard confidentiality and data integrity

🟡 Qualifications & Skills
✔ Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Admin, Engineering, or related field
✔ Minimum 3+ years experience in document control (preferably in construction)
✔ Proficient in MS Office; EDMS knowledge is a plus
✔ Strong coordination skills and ability to manage tasks independently
