WE ARE HIRING:
Inventory Controller
We are looking for an Inventory Controller to support our Inventory Department in managing invoicing, stock-related activities, and delivery coordination.
Position Details
• Entry-Mid level position
• Immediate joining required
• Experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and control accurate inventory records for all equipment and related items.
• Monitor stock levels, stock movements, receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all inventory transactions.
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries as required.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Technical Teams to ensure smooth stock and delivery operations.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding stock availability and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records related to stock, invoicing, and deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
