Location: Kuwait (Local Candidates Only)
Salary: Based experience
Duty Hours: 8 hours/day
Residency: Must have valid Kuwait residency (Article 18) and driving license

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Furniture Department. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, acquiring new clients, and nurturing customer relationships to support our growth in the furniture market.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Develop and implement sales strategies
Acquire and manage client portfolios
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead sales negotiations and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer demands
Track sales performance and provide regular reports

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales/business development in furniture,
home dΓ©cor, or interior design
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office

Preferred:
Experience in B2B/wholesale furniture sales
Knowledge of furniture trends and design
