Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Airbnb Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning and preparation of 12 fully furnished Airbnb apartments located in Salmiya, Block 10. The ideal candidate will ensure the apartments are spotless, guest-ready, and maintained to the highest hospitality standards.

Location: Salmiya, Block 10 – Kuwait
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible, based on guest check-in timings)
Salary: KD 250/month + KD 50–75 monthly incentive
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping operations

Inspect apartments before guest check-ins to ensure cleanliness and readiness

Communicate with cleaners and assign daily cleaning schedules

Monitor cleaning supplies and report needs for restocking

Ensure linen and laundry services are maintained on time

Handle urgent cleaning or maintenance issues if notified by guests

Report any damages or missing items post-check-out

Update host/owner daily about apartment readiness

Occasionally assist with light errands or guest needs if required
Requirements:
English speaking is mandatory

Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred (not mandatory but ideal)

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus

Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude

Ability to manage a small team of cleaners

Must be flexible with working hours depending on check-ins
