Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, and proactive IT Recruiter (Female) to join our dynamic team. This role can either be performed remotely from India or on-site in State of Kuwait depending on your location and preference. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting IT professionals, with a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to attract top talent across various IT domains.



Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help build effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct networking.

Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Provide a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment pipeline.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and IT skill requirements.

Handle administrative duties related to recruitment, such as coordinating interviews .


Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role (1-3 years preferred).

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

For remote candidates (India): Must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive home office setup.
