We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in the role of:

Position: Facility Officer
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

Source and furnish residential units in line with company requirements.

Procure furniture and appliances at competitive prices and favorable payment terms.

Collect, verify, and file rent receipts appropriately.

Prepare tenant communications and manage online rental payments.

Welcome arriving employees at the airport and escort them to their accommodations.

Maintain and update facility trackers with accurate employee and accommodation details, including names, IDs, work locations, facility addresses, floor/unit/room numbers, and transport schedules.

Schedule, supervise, and assist with maintenance and repair works, including installation and servicing of building equipment.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: High School / 12th Standard

Experience: Minimum 1 year (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Age: 22–30 years

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

Valid driving license with personal vehicle (preferred)
