### Job Overview

We are looking to hire a skilled Grill Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, grilling, and plating a variety of menu items—ensuring all dishes meet both our quality standards and guests’ preferences. ### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook grilled items (meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables) according to our menu and recipes.
- Ensure all grilled food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station and kitchen area.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with stock management.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Adjust cooking methods for special customer requests and dietary needs.
- Inform management of equipment maintenance or supply needs.
- Assist with kitchen prep work and other duties as needed.

### Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Grill Chef, Grill Cook, or similar kitchen role.
- Demonstrated expertise in grilling various food items.
- Understanding of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina for standing long hours and handling kitchen equipment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training is a plus.
- Relevant food safety certification is advantageous.
