We are hiring Locally for Quality Controller/ Inspector.

Job Description:
The Quality Controller / Inspector is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all products manufactured in the factory meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods, identifying defects or deviations, and reporting non-conformities. The inspector works closely with production teams to implement corrective actions, maintain quality documentation, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final products.

Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report findings.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports.

Coordinate with production and QA teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings/specifications.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Experience in factory or manufacturing industry preferred.

Qualification: Bachelors in technology (Civil) or Diploma
