A Multinational company is hiring in Kuwait for following professional :

Position : ADMIN MANAGER
Industry : Corporate Office
Location : Kuwait


Requirements :
Qualification: Degree in Law and administration or relative .
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in same industry.
Knowledge about Kuwait legal laws and regulations matters.
Residency should be transferable.
Able to join immediately or in short notice.

Job Description :
Work on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the legal requirements.
Provide legal advice on the potential liability, in order to take necessary steps to control the company exposure.
Assist in all matters related to the company dispute and litigation.
Contribute with legal input in the company projects and arrangement.
Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the other departments in any matter related to the Company’s business.
