A growing fashion & retail apparel business is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily Shopify order processing
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up with drivers
• Oversee customer service and handle escalated complaints
• Supervise staff workflow from opening to closing
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels

Requirements:
• Based in Kuwait
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail, e-commerce, or operations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
