Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at project sites.
* Manage and supervise MEP technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
* Ensure all MEP installation, maintenance and repair works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
* Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural and other site teams to avoid work conflicts and delays.
* Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
* Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and workmanship.
* Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients and subcontractors regarding site requirements and technical issues.
* Check materials delivered to site and ensure they comply with approved specifications.
* Prepare and maintain daily work reports, manpower reports, material requirements and site progress updates.
* Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned engineer/manager for timely solutions.
* Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
* Ensure workers follow health, safety and site procedures at all times.
* Monitor tools, equipment and materials used by the MEP team.
* Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities when required.
* Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP/site supervision experience.
* Previous experience in Kuwait/GCC is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of MEP works, particularly HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
* Ability to manage technicians and coordinate site activities.
* Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
