Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer specializing in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, supervision, and execution of central air conditioning and ventilation systems across large-scale projects, in line with the company’s reputation in Kuwait’s construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, review, and implement HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, ducting, and air distribution.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing based on project requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in coordination with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, ASHRAE standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients during project phases.
• Prepare technical reports, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resolving site-related issues.
• Conduct quality control inspections and verify system performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in HVAC systems design and supervision, preferably in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water networks, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and VRF systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or similar load calculation software.
• Excellent communication in Arabic & English with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
