Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to join our Trading Division in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team and Technician Team

Attend client calls and handle customer inquiries professionally

Respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain and manage stock records

Perform general office coordination and administrative tasks

Prepare reports and documents using MS Excel and MS Word

Requirements:
Previous experience in office coordination or administrative roles

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary:
KD 250 per month
