- Tasks and Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with clients in the industrial, construction, and oil and gas sectors
• Promote the workshop's services in custom steel fabrication, welding, and structural solutions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth objectives
• Deliver technical presentations and proposals that meet client needs
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to enhance commercial excellence
- Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the steel manufacturing sector or related industries
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative and achieve results
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English Arabic is a plus.
• A valid Kuwaiti driver's license is preferred.
