Job Requirements:
β€’ Coordinate the purchasing and storage of lab supplies.
β€’ Evaluate lab technician job performance.
β€’ Assist in the preparation of lab schedules.
β€’ Develop and implement lab safety policies.
β€’ Coordinate maintenance of lab equipment.
β€’ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for each lab.
β€’ Coordinate annual training for lab technicians and lab instructors.
β€’ Coordinate delivery, setup, and training for newly purchased equipment.
β€’ Providing support in any additional tasks assigned by management and covering colleagues’
responsibilities when required.

Minimum requirements:
β€’ Bachelor's or higher
β€’ 2+ years of lab supervision experience
