Description

Duties and responsibilities
• Develop and monitor quality standards for precast production processes and finished products.
• Contract drafting: Create Comprehensive contract documents that clearly define the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of all parties involved.
• Contract negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate contracts terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies, and regularly update contracts as necessary.
• Contract Administration: Monitor and track contract performance, including deadlines, deliverables, and obligations, and facilitate necessary changes or amendments.
• Dispute Resolutions: Manage contract - related disputes and conflicts, working towards amicable resolutions while safeguarding the company's interests.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, correspondence, and negotiations, and provide regular reports to management on contract status and performance.

COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
• Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
• Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverable output.
• Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources.

COST CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review new project budget and cost codes against estimates
• Manage the project status Report process for all projects.
• Review all monthly Project status reports.
• Review status of project change order
• Review project cash flow reports with each project team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
• Minimum 7 years’ Experience.
• Be a pro-active, self-motivated, able to take initiative, action oriented and drives for results.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Membership of Kuwait Society of Engineers.
• Bilingual is a Must.
