Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

-Lead, train, and motivate the delivery team to achieve performance targets.

-Monitor driver schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization for maximum efficiency.

-Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.

-Maintain delivery KPIs and prepare performance reports for each driver.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

-Handle escalated customer complaints related to deliveries.


Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation supervision.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent knowledge of delivery processes, route planning, and fleet management.

-Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

-Proficiency in using delivery tracking systems and basic reporting tools.

-Valid driver’s license (preferred).
