Position 1 – Bakery Kitchen Supervisor
✔ Manage daily kitchen operations & catering production
✔ Coordinate chefs & staff, ensuring consistency & workflow
✔ Control staffing, scheduling & labor costs
✔ Ensure hygiene, safety & quality compliance
✔ Plan & execute catering logistics for events/orders
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 5+ yrs bakery/catering experience

Position 2 – Bakery & Pastry Store Manager / Supervisor
✔ Oversee store operations & staff performance
✔ Manage ordering, inventory & stock control
✔ Ensure product display, hygiene & food safety
✔ Supervise bakery & pastry production & sales
✔ Prepare duty schedules & sales reports
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 5+ yrs bakery/pastry experience

Position 3 – F&B Quality Control Supervisor / Quality Manager
✔ Develop & maintain quality standards across operations
✔ Ensure compliance with policies & regulations
✔ Monitor hygiene & cleanliness across branches
✔ Conduct audits, inspections & staff training
✔ Implement corrective actions & ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 3–5 yrs quality management experience

Position 4 – Bakery Pastry Chef
✔ Skilled in pastries, cakes, breads & croissants
✔ Expertise in French pastries & specialty desserts
✔ Maintain creativity, quality & consistency
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 5+ yrs pastry chef experience

Position 5 – Pastry Chef
✔ Prepare cookies, cakes, desserts, sandwiches & toast
✔ Support daily pastry production with efficiency & quality
✔ Maintain hygiene & presentation standards
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 3–5 yrs pastry experience
