βœ” Coordinate chefs & staff, ensuring consistency & workflow

βœ” Ensure hygiene, safety & quality compliance
βœ” Plan & execute catering logistics for events/orders
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 5+ yrs bakery/catering experience

Position 2 – Bakery & Pastry Store Manager / Supervisor
βœ” Oversee store operations & staff performance
βœ” Manage ordering, inventory & stock control
βœ” Ensure product display, hygiene & food safety
βœ” Supervise bakery & pastry production & sales
βœ” Prepare duty schedules & sales reports
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 5+ yrs bakery/pastry experience

Position 3 – F&B Quality Control Supervisor / Quality Manager
βœ” Develop & maintain quality standards across operations
βœ” Ensure compliance with policies & regulations
βœ” Monitor hygiene & cleanliness across branches
βœ” Conduct audits, inspections & staff training
βœ” Implement corrective actions & ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: Fluent in Arabic | 3–5 yrs quality management experience

Position 4 – Bakery Pastry Chef
βœ” Skilled in pastries, cakes, breads & croissants
βœ” Expertise in French pastries & specialty desserts
