Description

Hi All,

We are looking for Drafts Man who have experience in Precast and GRC for our Factory (RECAFCO).

Job description:

1) Prepare detailed shop drawings, reinforcement details, and fixing/connection details for GRC panels, claddings, and decorative elements.

2) Develop 3D models in Revit to support coordination and BIM integration.

3) Collaborate with engineers, architects, and production teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.

4) Revise drawings according to feedback, maintaining version control and documentation.

5) Ensure all drawing comply with project specifications, industry codes, and company drafting standards.

6) support site and production teams with technical drawings for installation and fabrication.

7) Developing 2D and 3D precast element drawings using AutoCad and Autodesk Revit.

8) Managing drawing revisions, maintaining drawing registers during the project life cycle.

9) Submitting the drafts to the Engineering team for review while ensuring that the final drawings meet the industry standards.

10) Making changes to the technical drawings and drafts based on the feedback provided by the Engineers.
