Urgent Requirement for the following position at a leading Oil and Gas company in Kuwait:
Position: Operations/Facilities Supervisor
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a min of 4+ years of relevant work experience in the same Field.
• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and facility operations across head office and project sites, ensuring high hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare duty schedules, monitor attendance, assess performance, and provide training to cleaning staff.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance inspections, handle minor repairs, and coordinate with Facility Management for major fixes.
• Manage office and site assets, cleaning supplies, and equipment; ensure proper use, storage, and replenishment.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, verify contractors’ work, and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
