Description

We are seeking a Part-Time, highly motivated Compensation & Benefits Specialist for our client in the financial services industry, with a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage compensation structures aligned with company objectives and market competitiveness.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to support HR and business decisions.
• Provide guidance on compensation-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to develop effective reward strategies that attract and retain talent.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
• Analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
